Whistle blowing serves humanity in several ways. Whistle blowing retains persons and associations to blame for their actions (Dandekar, 56). Whistle blowing on a company is often in the shareholders' best interest, as it places a halt to activities that may be detrimental to the well-being of the firm. Blowing the whistle on improper undertakings can furthermore avert the incident of hurtful events, for example individual wound or impairment to the natural environment, that are the outcome of the improper activities (Irvine, pp 121-90).

 Morality is the biggest and best reason for this act because persons usually want to do the good lesson thing. If a person should have to assault the whistle on a business they should understand that for every action there is a answer, and the answer of whistle blowing might lead to getting fired.
