Yahoo! Inc is an American multinational company that owns the second most common share (5.88%) of search engine and provides a number of services in the world. The company was founded by graduate students at Stanford University, David Filo and Jerry Yang in January 1994, and became a corporation in1995. The company is headquartered in Sunnyvale, California, USA.
