Introduction

This chapter will provide the information about the results that is being obtained from the participants. The results were posted on the link of survey monkey which was provided by the researcher. The tables in this chapter will provide the response rate percentage for particular questions. The group statistics is also given along with the independent test to know the relationship.s

In table 1 it can be seen that most of the respondents are PG diploma holder. Whereas it can also be seen in the table that PG certificate and MSc are of same no. This implies that survey response was given by most of the respondents who were holding post graduate diploma.

In table 3 it can be seen that most of the respondents have said yes regarding the practice of CBT technique to their selves. According to the responses it can be said that most of the respondents have tried the CBT technique on their selves. However they have not adopted the therapy as a part of their personal therapy practices.
