The profession of accounting or specifically Certified Public Accountant is highly integrated and holds importance in a business context, not only nationally but internationally. This profession involves the responsibility of great deal of tasks with the business, which also includes global business activities. With high rewards come high responsibilities, CPA involves high responsibilities and thereby offers great rewards as well year (Wiley, 2012). However, in order to qualify for this position, it is essential to pass an exam conducted for CPAs that is held by the American Institute of Chartered Public Accountants (AICPA).

The exam entitles CPAs to access the certificate from state in order to practice accounting (Wiley, 2012). Furthermore, for becoming a CPA, a person has to complete 5 years of education as well as some kind of work related experience relevant to the field. In addition, after CPAs receive certification, they have to fulfill the requirement of completing certain number of hours of consistent education every year (Wiley, 2012). Thus, this profession needs people to be highly professional and educated within their field, and all of this makes them able to become well aware of aware of their organizational issues and respected solutions with respect to their field.

The demand for CPA professionals is high in the market, as these professionals' helps organizations in various accounting tasks such as internal or external auditing, tax preparation, financial planning, and several other areas. So, CPAs facilitates organizations in managing their accounting systems actively and efficiently. CPAs are highly able to develop, evaluate, and interpret the financial data that provides them the ability to clearly understand the financial position and performance of the firm, thus knowing where the business currently stands and how it will perform in future (Becker, 2013).
