Initiate a culture of safety

Right time, Right Care, Right People.

The LT health care facility is planning to develop some new model for health and safety for their patients care. The system of health care should be redesigned in such a manner that it operates like a good care system. The health care system of a facility is important when it defines a proper strategy and implements it as the same. Private health care units are facing strong and challenging pressures to become more efficient and deliver high quality services in such a competitive, complex and technological health care market. In this context, decision support tools aim at helping decision makers to pursue improvements in their units that can result in minimizing costs and maximizing profits and service quality. Some hospitals are making huge improvements in the short term, without legislation or reconfiguration of the market and with little or no capital investment. Instead of waiting for drastic changes in market mechanisms, these institutions are taking an operational approach to patient care.

But to succeed, we need everyone to play an active role in their health care by participating in healthy living and wellness, while also taking advantage of recommended screening and vaccination programs. Here are some key next steps we will take, in partnership with Ontarians, to promote better health.

Stage 2 (Structural Changes)

Effective and Timely Planning out a Strategy

Effective and timely planned strategies which should cover a variety of topics from likely to unlikely (within reasonable odds) should be identified. The future problems and developments should be kept in mind so that the strategy doesn't need to be changed every so often. The McLaren North Michigan Health Care should also learn to take a part in the implementation of the strategies. Only deciding the best strategy won't be enough to cut the cake. Unless the strategy isn't implemented with discipline and dedication, there will be no effect on the performance of the organization (Olsen, 2007,).

Stage 3 (Environment Designing)
