Introduction

The term administrative decision making was born with the intent to explain the influence of some remarkable people, and their success which was equally exceptional in motivating others to make above-average performance, although the two concepts are similar, the object of study. Decision making is a part of daily business, but it is not easy to decide, as there are numerous parameters to consider when a business undergoes certain changes in the organization. Decision making is a prerequisite for resolving most important problems in the. In each case, a sensible analysis of variants of the decision requires a careful comparison of benefits and costs (often but not always money) alternative ways of proceeding. Hence, Decision making is the process of recognizing and selecting the best option among different available alternatives on the basis of the values and judgment of the decision maker. John Fitzgerald Kennedy (May 29, 1917 - Nov 22, 1963) also termed as John F. Kennedy, JFK, or John Kennedy was numbered as the 35th President of America. He provided his services from 1961 until he was killed in the year 1963.
