Introduction

The main purpose of this paper is to reflect upon the strengths and areas for the development which can be used for bringing enhancement in the customary selection practices evidences in the Nursery Management field and reflect on the ability to work effectively in the team. The field selected for this paper is the nursery management.

Discussion

I have been working as the Nursery Manager since last 3 years. The main responsibilities of me as the nursery manager are to look over the daily running of the nursery of children. I am also responsible for the proper management of staff and childcare. One of my duties is to look over the educational activities and assure that they are going in an effective manner. The advices related to the management of the nursery and the educational activities related to it are also a part of my job. In order to assure the satisfactory customary selection practices the main strength possessed by me is that I know how to work with the children and their families. The proper interaction with the children and their families enable me in the creation of the positive and creative environment. Thus, it is the best approach which can be used for the customary selection practices. Another strength which I posses for the customary selection practices is my aim to be the best with the children starting their lives. I want to assure that the nursery children are provided with the best opportunities and facilities which help them to start a positive life.
