Introduction

Aristotle was a historical Greek philosopher, logician and researcher. Along with his teacher Plato, Aristotle was usually considered as one of the most powerful ancient philosopher in a variety of philosophical areas, such as governmental concept. Aristotle's compositions shows his time, backdrop and values. Aristotle was blessed at Stagira, in Macedonia. His dad, Nichomacus, was the individual doctor to the Master of Macedonia, Amyntas. At the age of 18, Aristotle eventually left for Athens to research at Plato's Academia. He studied at the Academia for about many years, up until Plato's loss of life. Plato's death sent Aristotle to a town in the place known as Assos, where his companion, Hermias was the country leader. It was in Assos where Aristotle met, Pythias, who is described as either a cousin or daughter of Hermias, who Aristotle committed after the killing of Hermias, by the Persioans. Aristotle then went to Pella, the capitol of Macedonia, where he became the teacher for the king's son, Alexander, who later became Alexander the Excellent. When Alexander became Master, Aristotle went to Athens where he started to address at the Lyceum.

Aristotle starts with works of art he knew well, and tries to see in them what the poet was aiming at, and how he puts his play or poem together. The more contemporary view is that Aristotle's generalizations about theatre are derived from the nature of the subject, not from a study of particular works. Based on the conviction, Poetics can be understood as logically from Aristotle's work in theatrical science.
