The reason to for reforming the immigration law of a nation is to expand or reduce the immigrations. The United States of America has a long tradition and rich heritage of immigrations. Democracy in the country has always supported immigration due to diversity, but on the other hand they know that the existing immigration system is being violated and broken (Hinojosa-Ojeda, 2012). The reason for bringing the immigration reforms is that immigrants do not follow the rules and regulations, and bypass the proper immigration channels.
