In this paper I will be focusing on a New York Times article “Justice after Troy Davis”, by Ross Douthat. In his article the author argued the concept of capital punishment in the United States. Douthat is a position of investigating the significance and impact of death penalty and the inherent importance of DNA and other scientific tests.
