Introduction

Latent human error is a kind of human error due to failures of malfunctions in routines or systems that are caused by humans in such a way that is disposed to making these errors. This term is specifically used in aviation for accident prevention and safety work. Aviation is one of the most economic and substantial industries in the United Kingdom. There are many challenges and problems that aviation industry is facing in recent years with a need for the better development of methods for the investigation of air safety control and air safety outcomes. This main title of this assignment is examination of latent human failure in aviation. It assesses identification and measurement of human error through the determination of retrospective and predictive analysis of a technique called TRACE. The purpose of this assignment is to conduct the safety risk assessment of these latent human failures to determine human error for control traffic operation in the air traffic controller field. The factors include decision making, situation awareness, and other complex aspects that affect the performance.

The increasing identification of methods that monitor airline safety can also be constructive in the prevention of air safety occurrences. The consideration of high economic and social costs of airline incidents and accidents reveal that there is a proactive ahead of reactive safety programs are particularly important to mitigate risk hazards.

Entropy measures the disorder in the system quantitatively. Thus, in maintenance there must be some reliability in the uncertainty of the system. Although there are four types of strategies of the maintenance, these are preventive, condition-based, risk-based and corrective maintenance. Considering two types of maintenance, one is condition-based and other is risk-based maintenance. Risk-based maintenance carries out by integrating measurement, periodic test and analysis activities to typical preventive maintenance. The aim and objective of this maintenance type is to carry out the asset condition along with the assessment of risk and also helps in defining the proper and suitable maintenance program. A maintenance program consists of sequence of maintenance tasks in order to reduce the risks and entropy in the system. Maintenance program also contain maintenance procedures which becomes helpful in describing the management of scheduled maintenance procedures.

This software is used to manage the maintenance program when the reliability of the system disturbs. This software guides analysts by the method to apply the MSG logic and emphasizes possible errors and omissions. This helps in providing centralized data storage and automatically produces the entire report of maintenance program.
