Plagiarism has always concerned as a big problem for both teachers and administration, which prefer that students should present their own efforts and reflect better learning outcome. However, Internet and specially Google is a very easy access that show almost limits less material over each and every conceivable topic (Carroll, 2007). Student plagiarism activity to represent for teacher is affect at all levels. Most of the time it diverts them to develop student reading, writing and thinking abilities of students. Aim of this paper is to discuss the ongoing concern about plagiarism in four different ways; (1) define plagiarism (2) causes of plagiarism (3) student and teacher responsibilities to set this problem (4) method of reducing plagiarism.

Plagiarism is the ethically complex and multifaceted problem. However, plagiarism is occurs when writer (student) deliberately uses other person language, original context or idea without acknowledge his source.

It is a responsibility of person to for every writer to acknowledge the complete sources and appropriately with the context of their writing. A student who deliberately attempts to credit and indentify other person source as his own and who misuse format of citation is considered as unethical practices. These students should be considered as failed to cite their material completely and properly.

Causes of Plagiarism

Students complete aware about their action about using plagiarism work in different ways such as; copying other person information into his paper without using any direct quote or tuning material by the another student are considered as guilty on misconduct sources (Carroll & Appleton, 2001). We are now tried to understand the major consequence for student's action to adopt such activity.

Students may have poor time management that he could not put enough efforts of paper and just believe that he or she has no choice except plagiarize work.

Student may have a fear of failure and prefer to take their own risk.

Student may view the course outline and found that cheating consequence is unimportant.

Teacher or institution has not followed strict penalties when it does occur.
