Brown v. Board of Education (1954)

Introduction

In May 1954, in a point of interest choice in Brown v. Board of Education, the supreme court of the U S decided that racially isolated open schools were unconstitutional. The name of the case, Brown points to Oliver brown, the African-American who looked for lawful review when their loved one Linda, seven years old, was denied affirmation to an elementary school held for whites in the little town of Topeka, Kansas, in the Midwestern U S, where they inhabited the time.
