Survey Methodology

The first preliminary step, the analyst must consider effective construction of data collection tool. It is a process where the questionnaires are marked directly on arrival at a continuous number. In the current scenario, the variables presented by the questionnaire were assigned different numerical figures prior to the analysis so that effective results may be extracted from the data (Robson, 1999, pp.62-67).

The third preliminary step engulfs the process in which data entry is acknowledged. In this process data in entered in analytical software such as Microsoft Excel or SPSS. There are certain things that must be looked after while data entry process.
