Question 1: Is it fair for voters to be required to present a valid ID if they want to vote in a national election?

It is fair to require the voters to present a Valid Identity card in order to caste their vote in National elections. Unfortunately, in spite of the technological advancements in the modern democratic governments, fraud in voting are still observed and people resist the introduction of one simple measure that is helpful to eradicate the voting fraud, i.e. Voter ID. The fraud in voting is considered as a myth by several Americans. Even the New York Times claims that there is no sign of fraud in voting in the United States. However, as the explanation of several legal fellows, fraud in voting system of America is very common in present days (Government Printing Office, 2005).

We can not ignore the recent news about double voters in Northern Carolina and a fraudster in Tunica. This person was a member of local executive committee of NAACP and this person was sentenced to five years imprisonment for casting votes in the names of 10 people. Four of those ten people were dead. There is one more story of the ex-deputy chief of Staff for mayor of Washington, Ms. Vincent Gray. This person was forcefully asked to resign after the broadcast of news that she casted votes unlawful in Columbia, although she was the resident of Maryland.

In the light of given evidences for fraudulent in voting in order to favor the implementation of requirements for voting ID card, it is not at all surprising that 70% of population, who is able to caste their vote, believe that voters should be required to present photo identity like driving license prior to get permission to caste their votes. Meanwhile, 22% of people in America are in against of such requirement (Government Printing Office, 2005).

In spite of the fraudulent and supports for voter ID measure, it is the intention of Attorney general Mr. Holder to assess new laws for State voters for possible biasness on the basis of race. It has been claimed that allegation of racial bias is baseless. He has several evidences to prove it (Government Printing Office, 2005).

Question-2: Which Is Fairer To People? A Dictatorship, Socialism, Or Democracy.

Every time dictatorship is not favorable, no matter wherever it is. It imposes danger to the freedom of every nation. Therefore, it disturbs the peace of the whole world. It has been observed that in any country wherever there is uninhibited exploitation of force labor, whether in political or private dictatorship. The moral and living standards of people are adversely affected.

On the other hand, socialism is a movement to protest against the disease of capitalism (Datta, 2013). This concept was emerged in Europe, since the wage earners had o suffer from capitalism.
