The structure of this questionnaire is heterogeneous because several types of question such as dichotomous, multiple choice question, close ended and open ended questions. This will define the degree of the questionnaires and it will also provide extensive knowledge to the researchers. There are various types of questionnaire have included in this survey for the feasibility of the targeted population. The selected respondents are those peoples which used the facility of hiking from Esk Valley Travel (EVT). These peoples have the extensive knowledge about their services and what accessories they provided to their customers. There are two types of questions have mentioned in the questionnaires such as

Open ended

Close ended

Open Ended: In this type of question, the respondents are not bound with the given options and they can easily share own perception by providing their answers. Respondents can freely mention their observation about the given questions. This type of question always the energizer activity for the respondents in which they can share what they want.

Close Ended: These types of questions are easy for the respondents and without consuming any more time they can easily choose the options. The proper option will convenient for the researchers for acquiring accurate results. The respondents will choose the best authentic options which can be suitable for their perception.

These Types of questions are different types such as dichotomous in which two options are provided for the customers and the probability of every option is 50%. The other type of question is Multiple Choice Questions in which more than two options are provided for the ease of the customers. Different types of questions generate convenient for the researchers to obtain good results and it can affluent for the respondents to complete the questionnaires with good satisfaction (Kumar & Phrommathed, 2005).

Supporting instruction always provides affluent knowledge for the respondents who participated in filling the questionnaire activity.
