Introduction

At the heart of the business management is the development of strategies, adapting it to the specific company and implementation. The company's strategy is a comprehensive management plan, which should strengthen the company's position in the market and to ensure coordination, involvement and satisfaction, compete and achieve global goals (Johnson, 2008). The process of developing a strategy based on a thorough study of all the possible directions of development and activities and is to select general direction, develop markets, serving the needs, methods of competition, and attract resources and business models. In other words, the strategy means a company's choice of development path, markets, competition and methods of doing business (Ramamurti, 2000, 149-170).

With the rapid development in recent years, the domestic market has become crowded so the company began looking for investment in overseas markets to expand. This is the basis to form the first multi-national companies in Eastern European Market.

Research Aims and Objectives

The purpose of this report is intending to understand how the diverse culture impacts on the operation of the company in the global business. The Multinational company have selected is Samsung Electronics. Meanwhile, the project also aims to come up with an effective solution of dealing with the cultural differences for managing the cross national activities (John, 2009, Pp 93-128).

In the light of this aim, the study will accomplish the following objectives:

To highlight the challenges faced by the company

To determine the strategy of Samsung Company to choose such strategy that meets the national requirements of in Eastern European Market.

To understand the role of Human Resources in the recruitment and selection process by Samsung
