Introduction

The communication with an individual gives a sense of judgment in the life of an individual. There are few adjectives that are linked positively and negatively with the constructs with the individuals as while analyzing the personal construct the admired adjective were trust, honesty, believability, ethics and respect for others. It would not be wrong to state, one perceives what one sees, and the rest is ignorant. Images that falls on the lenses of the observer would interpret according to their perception. A theory is well developed through what one sees around him and gives it a shape of theory with the art of perception on it.

Discussion

The most extinct form of communication comprised several means of communication mediums. In the early 15 century, the use of drumbeat, fire smoke signals, carrier pigeons and even instruments like the ram's horn were used for communication. When the content of the communication is important or may augment emotional feelings, the chances of miscommunication tend to increase. So for the communication to be more effective, speaker most of the time repeats the main points to make sure that the communication has achieved the desired outcome, speaker may also asks the listener to repeat and recall the message. In other words, effective communicator ensures that whether the message has delivered to the listeners properly or not.

Communication is remarkably essential in commonplace life. In business environment communication is more significant as there are various partners included. Numerous stakeholders, assuming that they are customers, specialists, or media, are sending critical data to each other constantly. Subsequently, to communicate something specific over, every living soul is utilizing a few manifestations of correspondence. In any organization there are some principal assignments, which straightforwardly influence different exercises of the organization. These are three fundamental elements regarded as the Information, Knowledge and receiving suitable way of the correspondence inside and outside of the organization. Effective, smooth and flawless communication brings most of the benefits to the organization and support help to manage all the business with more efficiency and effectiveness. Some of the organizations adopt proper professional ways such as memos and letters to the dependents (Miller, 2002).

Adequate communication figures out the triumph or failure of projects that require collaboration, and eventually the business itself. When team members communicate with an open mind, and by asking questions instead of making assumptions, they build trust and harmony in the workplace. These elements work together to create a corporate culture of camaraderie and success.
