Introduction

The communication with an individual provides a sense of judgment in the life of an individual. There is a sense of judgment in identifying the people while communicating with them. In this paper the sense of judgment regarding the most important individuals that plays a vital role in a person life is accessed. The personal analysis regarding the involvement of stereotyping is discussed in the judgment process. However the perceptions those are acceptable by the society is the positive construct that is gained from judging an individual. After evaluating my personal constructs in which I used a family member (Joseph), a male friend (Kenneth), teacher (Mrs, Joseph), a person I don't like (Kelley), a female friend (Sarah) and self. The clusters of similarities and differences are gathered after the evaluation. I was able to analyze the value of a person in my life and the differences and similarities regarding the judgment of the individuals. There are certain adjectives that are associated positively and negatively with the constructs with the individuals as while analyzing the personal construct the admired adjective were trust, honesty, believability, ethics and respect for others. However the negative constructs are the biases and favors in the judgment that had a negative impact upon the decision making.

Discussion

I do you have a relatively stable set of constructs about people and my constructs vary widely depending on whom you are judging. There is a difference and similarities exist in the judgment of the people as among the family members the biases will entre and while judging the friend the person favors a friend.
