As United States stepped into new millennium, it was escorted by fears of unanticipated terrorism acts. The wave of terrorism started during presidency of Clinton in 1993 after the attack on World Trade Center. US political analysts deemed that religiously aggravated intimidation will continue to thrive and that its Islamic demonstration will always linger as threat regardless of Bin Laden's destiny. Therefore the War on Terror was instigated by administration under President Bush and has overpoweringly challenged the framework of global decrees and relations formed by the United Nations.
