In case an employee gets injured on the job, your employer is responsible for paying workers' compensation benefits. Included are reasonable and necessary medical expenses and a portion of wages lost during the period of time that cannot work. The Internet is one of the best tools for the unemployed when it comes to job searches but you have to be smart about what you reveal on line. From security breaches to viruses, on line job seekers are at risk for identity theft. Methodology for the Research Study

Participant

Fifteen students (N=15) from the Psychology class were randomly assigned to our experiment.

Materials

All participants were asked to fill out the questionnaires which contained two sections. In the first section, four compensation values were listed in each question and they were a)$10/hour, b)12/hour, c)15/hour, and d)17/hour. Participants have to choose one of these answers according to the online job descriptions that we provided. In other word, participants would choose the right amount of compensation to indicate how much compensation, in $/hour, they are willing get in order to consider that job posting.
