Technological development has brought various changes in the lives of people. It is because of the reason that, technology has allowed the people to perform their daily tasks in a more convenient and efficient way. In all the technologies, computer technology is one of the beneficial and effective technologies which have enabled the people to ensure the quality of their operations. In addition to this, it is also observed that, computer technology has allowed businesses and organizations to perform their organizational operations in a more convenient and cost effective way (Johnson, 2003, pp. 608-619). On the other hand, computer has also enhanced various risks and vulnerabilities regarding the privacy and confidentiality of their information. These risks and vulnerabilities may greatly affect the performance, integrity and reputation of the business in the targeted market. In this scenario, it is necessary for the organizations and businesses to introduce code of ethics for the employees of an organization. This may enable the organization to ensure the credibility of their operations (Dodig, 2003, pp. 6-8).

The proceeding paper incorporates the moral and ethical obligations of the computer professionals. In addition to this, the case study is also incorporated in the paper which demonstrates the professional code of ethics in the field of computing. Recommendations are also provided in the proceeding discussion. These recommendations may enable the organizations to ensure the integrity of their organizational operations.

In the current era, computer technology has enabled businesses and organizations to execute their operations in a more convenient and cost effective way. In addition to this, computer technology also allows the organizations to enhance and improve the functionality of their organization. On the other hand, it is also observed that, organizations also face various issues and vulnerabilities regarding the security and integrity of their data. In this scenario, it is necessary for the computer professionals to follow certain moral and ethical obligations, in order to ensure the integrity of business operations (Johnson, 2003, pp. 608-619).
