Introduction

Conflict management can be identified as one of the most relevant and crucial processes which is required by an individual in the personal and the professional capacity. In the contemporary global business environment the majority of the companies have developed conflict management infrastructures, to help resolve the various issues that occur within the companies (Mazaheri et Al, 2011). I am aware of the important of developing proper conflict management strategies in various parts of my life, and these strategies have allowed me to achieve several objective. Firstly it is important to consider that fact that conflict is a very common phenomenon, and it occurs at various parts in our daily lives. A person's ability to adequately manage the conflict based situation would allow him to not get stressed, and achieve the relevant objectives and goals. Similar to other management types, conflict also has to be resolved with a highly objective and scientific manner.

Personal Conflict Management Style

In my opinion the basic objective of any conflict management strategy so to attain a certain beneficial outcome. This outcome does not have to be the perfect solution; however it is the best solution that can be reached in a stressful situation. In the context of a conflict situation usually there are a number of stakeholders who have an issue regarding an entity. Now in this scenario it is not possible for every involved stakeholder to attain the complete objectives that it requires, as they might be in conflict with the demands of the others.
