“Finance, planning and budgeting of construction of houses in urban areas”

CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION

Background of the research

Urban development in this model is the possibility of a given population, meeting basic needs: food, health, education, employment, housing, culture. Is to create a habitat in a harmonious environment, which respects the human rights of individuals, there is no overcrowding, abandoned children, beggars, no pollution, no crime or these are minimal, that is a reasonable and balanced that respect the dignity of human ecology, safety and welfare. In this view, no matter both large buildings and beautiful tracks, such as human development in a balanced environment and the preservation of natural environment.

This can be achieved based on aligning the strategic planning of public interest and private interest. To this is called sustainable urban development with design and implementation of urban plans to support the ecological environment in the short, medium and long term, fulfilling the principles of equity, decentralism, provision of basic services throughout the country, generating jobs and consultation with social partners for development.

Problem Statement

One of the reasons for the urban chaos is that neither the authorities nor the citizens most respected urban planning. Urban law is an essential element of planning. To date a large number of standards that guide local development, however not fully comply or abide. The law as part of the superstructure has been shown to be an instrument of change and renewal.

Aims and Objectives

The main aim of this study is

To determine the Urban Planning and laws

To identify the process of construction in the urban areas

To explore the financing and the budgeting construction process in Urban areas.

Limitation of the Study

A major strength is that specific prisons will be selected from a huge number of them to improve generalizability.

The use of purposive sampling will be another strength that will be very constructive for conditions when the researcher would like to reach a targeted collection of the people being sampled.

A number of limitations of our study will be mentioned. These limitations would also provide avenues for further research. Firstly, the sample of this research will be limited to a definite area in England and Wales. Further study may use cross nation or cross-continent evaluations.

Secondly, this research will use data obtained from newly sentenced prisoner to a limited extent. Additional studies in this field should use prisoner-based data to a greater extent.

Lastly, this study merely considers the moderating effects of the prisoners of England and Wales.

Ethical Concern

Researchers will be fully involved in this awareness of ethical issues. All project-related processes and ethical issues are the principal investigator responsibilities. Of such a study will be conducted, the integrity of the enterprise will remain ? and negative consequences, may reduce the potential of future research will be the way to avoid.
