Q1.

1. Mater Class of Succession Planning and Talent Management

Attended a course to widen my understanding on how to manage talent successfully. In last organization, I had implemented a semi-annual “people day” and required to find ways to develop and review talent in a big organization.

2. Myers Briggs

After above step 1 and glimpsed the benefits, the step 2 has increased my in-depth understanding and has assisted me to facilitate sessions of team building in more depth. I have begun to roll out and develop team building residential courses as my remit part to discuss differences of peoples, so teams can learn about one another to understand why people react in different ways.

3. Language Coaching

My last work assignment was in Berlin, Germany. My business is poor in Berlin, although I am a fluent presenter. I have attended one coaching session in a week to develop that helped me to get engaged in HR project and rolled in all across the country.

Q2.

Using Myers Briggs, I am able to design more creative programmes with teams in assist them to work through many different issues. Such as, at first need to work in a team more efficiently and improves the ability to manage and cope up with change.

A genuine understanding of our leadership programme needs and subsequent to widespread work and research with educational institutions on how and what we can deliver. My confidence increased in my ability to recognize about current market happenings, fit with our organisation and best fit mechanism of delivery.

An innovative learning approach to T&D for creative staff, as they are hard to involve than in my last employment. This necessitated use of new innovative methods to make sure that concentration is not lost. ...
