Abstract

Counselling and the compelling effects has been radically improved among the schools, community and among the societies to give the caring perception to the peoples that in the society they lives in, is full of spirituality and social valued, who loved to create the loyalty among the peoples of the society to keep them alive and remove their mental disorders. These programs can be a smart investment in the preparation and retention of beginning among the society. Counselling programs become competent and successful peoples. Counseling program involves different efforts that aim to enhance the curiosity of peoples. The investments in different counseling program can result in the retention as well as preparation of peoples, particularly those who are beginning their professional careers. The purpose of this qualitative study was to investigate how induction programs affect new peoples retention. The phenomenological study interviewed a purposeful sample of 50 current schools and universities who had participated in the district's new counseling induction program. The data collected was transcribed, organized, and coded. An analysis of the data was included looking for emerging themes within the interview transcripts. Data were collected in this research study through in depth, face to face interviews, and a series of interview questions.
