Introduction

Project Management is an act of planning, organizing, and controlling resources, in order to complete any project efficiently and effectively according to the requirements. Every organization has a number of projects that needs to be completed, and there is a manger who manages the project. Every project is divided into different tasks, and these tasks require different resources including human resources and other resources as well. Managing the change is one of the main responsibilities of the manager, and in order to complete any project it is necessary to manage change (Xu et.al, 2014).
