Introduction

Storytelling is a deeply human quality with a long tradition. We all love to hear stories that entertain us from them and leave captivate and learn something. To preserve and disseminate stories, they are written for many centuries and held figuratively. The main focus is on the value of the stories, the texts of books, language, images and reading of the cultural and political education. In the short and very powerful book that was written by Martha Nussbaum, a passionate case regarding the essentiality of liberal arts in all fields of education is described (Beiderwell & Wheeler, 2008, pp. 1-15).

Originally, humanities were considered to be central towards education due to the fact that they were mainly observed to be important for the construction of competent democratic citizens. In the recent times Nussbaum states that considering the focus of education has got very twisted throughout the country as well as outside. Greatly focused over the national economic growth, it is observed that education is being provided with the main target that the students be taught to become more productive economically rather than individuals that are more critical and knowledgeable citizens (Burroway, 2007, pp. 17-34).

Discussion and Analysis

Educational work with literature and stories found in the school held in libraries, universities, clubs, workshops, children's groups, but also at home, in private and in the family. Fictional stories or poetic phrases can sometimes bring us closer political or historical issues as factual texts or messages. We cheer on the figures, put ourselves in their position and can take perspective that may be unfamiliar, but may also be familiar to ourselves. We experience with their time, their environment, their needs, conflicts and joys and make us a very unique picture of the subject. In education and informed discussion to contextualize the content background knowledge important in informal learning takes such an approach often casually instead (Brophy, 1998). The invention of texts, stories, scenarios and images that produce their own books, are an expression of our opinion as well as our view of the world. They make a process and a visible position and show that participation in social life. These productive processes play an important role in the cultural and political education. These aspects are enough to jeopardize the nature of democracy as well as the hope to have a better world. It has been showed by Nussbaum that people must resist the efforts to decrease education to a tool of economic product. Rather, people must try to link education to humanities so that students are provided with the capacity to become more democratic citizens for their country and the world (Burroway, 2007, pp. 17-34).

Storytelling is not simply retelling of events, but it is considered to be an act of imagination and an act of creation. It is significant that for the time of the birth of human kind and the evolution of language, storytelling has been a common mode of communication among humans. A very important thing to understand is that simple ...
