Introduction

This paper is a critical review of the paper “Self-Efficacy Intervention Effect on

Physical Activity in Older Adults”. This research determines the efficiency of self-efficacy interventions intended to get better self efficacy as well as physical activities in older people post cardiac occasion. An experimental 3-group design experienced the intervention, through treatment groups getting one of two supportive telephone protocols. Outcome variables comprised self efficacy prospect for physical activities, self-reported physical activity, and physical activity performance.
