Introduction

Culture diversity issue is continuously rising due to the factor of rapid globalization. Spreading the wings across the globe, talent of third world countries discovers more employment opportunities in the developed region, giving mount to the culture diversity among the working place. Many professionals had this feeling in the flied of development of the child that in recent years, children with the autistic spectrum disorders has been increasing. Autistic spectrum disorders share a harmony of impaired social interaction, imagination and communication that is linked with inflexible and pattern of repetitive behavior.

Professional is required to have knowledge understanding and skills that should be specialized. When students face culture and linguistically diversity, professional should assess and provide services to the students that required extra breadth regarding culture and linguistic differences.

Literature Review

Autism Spectrum Disorder has been considered as the rare disorder in childhood, which is generally associated with severe intellectual disabilities, due to the lack of social awareness and deficiency of communicative language. Many people believe that the cause of autism is due to the physical reason, while some African and American thinks the traditional factor is the reason for autism that is diet. However, the Jewish families have the perception which is based, on the theory of etiology comprises of three features (Rettig, 1995).

Firstly they think this disability is due to the natural views that are genetics or vaccination. Other view is the neglect of parents or will of God. Religion and culture play virtual role in supporting the families through emotional comfort, daily tasks strength and future hope. There is an obvious difference in value and culture orientation which is reflected in the child socialization through families. To consider that children with autism socialized in their respective families, this should not be neglected that characteristics of the family culture influence child behavior. Usually in America in a diverse group, people make their group with similar characteristics and culture and making racial group (Rettig, 1995).

The management of the diverse languages, religion, traditions and cultures under one umbrella is main barriers faced by students. These barriers become more complex when they are out front. Different background students possess different setup of social groups. However, the impact of culture persuades the psychosomatic part of the personality, as well. The culture which is faced by the students is very dissimilar to its social norms. Nevertheless, the norms, values and importance of cultural and social are in contrast in different countries (Argyrakouli, 2003). The acceptance of other religions and cultures has been a debate. When diverse and unique culture comes close to each other, chances of war are high, as failure of the groups to empathies with each other.
