Even though, educational institutes prove to be advantageous for ever American teenager, there are some acts like bullying that may cause undesirable effects and carry on these learners for the remaining part of their lifestyles. Many learners come across with a channel to express their dissatisfactions or frustration by bullying others. In the olden times, these types of actions could be better monitored since there were just limited to face to face communications.

Nevertheless, in recent times, this very old disagreement has coordinated with the swiftness of technical developments, making it risker and challenging to manage it effectively. Mobile phones, various social media websites, chatrooms, and other types of technical evolution have permitted bullying to spread out into cyberspace. This novel kind of exploitation is acknowledged as cyber bullying and appears to be common in today's globe. This form of abuse takes place by means of electronic know-how. Cases of this abuse take account o fake messages, grapevine posted on social media web sites and profiling discomforting photos, videotapes and web sites of naive people. Being in the position of Director of School Counselors, I am entrusted with the task to research the topic of cyber bullying and take part in a project simulation. Choosing Cyber Bullying, a teaching and learning concern that would directly relates to the position I am already possessing and plan to stay at, this document will present a general outline of the topic and present a report for the School Board that includes a summary of the issue and simulated stats documenting how this dilemma affects school division.

Since the establishment of the United States, bullying has been deeply engrained in the society. Developed from a capitalist market and competitive societal chain of command, bullying and discrimination has been a controversial issue all through the centuries. Technical bullying, acknowledged as cyber bullying, has permitted the issue to spread out more, appear more indescribable, and even hard to characterize.
