Bullying can be generally explained as the aggression which is purposely carried out through more than one individual and also constantly targets towards the individual that is not capable of easily defending him or herself. Where cyber bullying can be defined as kind of electronic bullying which have been currently subjected towards the crucial media scrutiny increasingly because of the number of tragic cases and high profile that results towards suicide. However, this topic appears to be very significant since the cases of bullying have been increasing whether it might be cyber bullying or face to face bullying. Usually the bullying can be observed as the individual's personal experience. The bullying can occur at any age level whether young or old, but this paper will be significantly focusing over the adult bullying that takes place at college, university and work places. Since rapid changes are occurring within various environment and the organizations are becoming increasingly competitive, it becomes tough to keep fulfilling the rapid changes which also results in increasing the level of stress that eventually leads to some kind of bullying in the adults. This particular study is based on collection of both primary as well as secondary data that have been used for the completion of this study that will give us more possibilities of understanding this area effectively and also filling in the gaps that have been left out, even though it has been observed that not adequate amount of studies have been performed in the area of adult bullying.
