Cybercrime Law

Introduction

The world of social media and its networks is still majorly considered as a grey area on the map, it is a cyber relation meeting ground, a place where the global village meets the law authorities and try to make a semblance of law and order in the midst of the anarchy and chaos of freedom of expression. Billions of unique messages run to and fro in a confounding stream which eludes any particular way of governance over what is said and what kind of penalty should be awarded for creating the internet a safe place. There are countless debates on human rights particularly the right of free speech along with debates on violence incitement and hate speech. Even the law making bodies are stumbling along the path in the absence of any particular guidance resulting in unjust and unequal sentences.

Facebook on ther other hand provides user with a space in the cyberspace to put up their videos and photos while simultaneously communicating with people from all over the world. First off all in order to focus on policing these places, the issue first arises, what is the potential of negative impact of simple tweets? Is it really worth ...
