Introduction

Post-colonialism is the loosely designates for the set of theoretical approaches which focusing on the directly towards aftermaths of colonization. This is the intellectual direction that exist since and around towards the 20th century. The direction of post colonialism was created from the countries that become nearly independent. Nowadays they have an aspect that the post colonialism can be found that the only science history, politics and the literature does have considered that there is the former colonial's power that could take some time as well the time for making some consideration. Deep culture elements deal with the attitude and feeling of the particular group as learns of being a member of that group. It involves personal values, balefires, thoughts and the stubble gradation of the interpersonal relationships that we express by doing some action sound through words (Robert et.al, 2008).

Esthetics: this is also known to be as the beautiful things of culture such as the music, literature, art, architecture, and dance and how the people enjoyed all of this.

Folk Myths: people attitude towards their beliefs about their heroes, traditional stories that surrounding with them, superstitions legendary characters that were belonged towards their culture.

Family ties: the person feeling about their family, friends, class mates, colleague's roommates and other people live near to them.

Sex roles: the individual mind of perception about the opposite gender and how they want the relation with them also to determine what would they expected with them.

Rewards and Privilege: the individual attitudes towards the motivation, achievement, social position, served and the merits acceptance.

Grooming and presence: the difference of culture in the personal behaviors, and appearance such as the person laughing, gait, dress, hair style, gesture, postures, smile a quality of voice.
