The evaluation plan for Disney training program “Expanding employee's knowledge on cultural awareness” comprises of various levels. The first level of the evaluation program is “reaction” in which management would make it certain that program is evaluated on the basis of the reaction of the employees against elements of the program. This level determines the primary understanding of the employees regarding the training program.
