Introduction

Educational theories are very important as it refers to either to speculative enlightening thought, or it can be referred as a guide for professionals to educate their students (Dasen 2008, pp. 156-180). Educational theory or enlightening thought got informed by multiple standards which got set in the history. Educational theories got designed to improve the performance of the students (Vannel 2009, pp. 45-63). These theories got designed to establish a good educational system. These systems set standards for the professors to deliver quality knowledge to their students, so that they receive a quality education at the end of the day (Jackson 2002, pp. 276-290). These theories also set sophisticated ways to teaching so that, at the end of the day, students are not only educated, but also sophisticated (Bush 2003, pp. 40-61). No theory can be established effectively, unless it got properly planned. It is essential to design different activities for students at all levels so that they can get a better understanding of the things. Different activities got planned so that students participates more in the discussion. This helps in building confidence in students, and it helps in enhancing their speaking skills along with the knowledge (Saroyan 2004, pp. 9-23). There is a huge importance of these educational theories and plans which designed for students so that they perform well in the class. It is important to design and implement teaching session before hand so that no student faces any problem during the lecture. It can only be possible if proper designing of teaching style got planned before hand. Along with the designing, it is important to prepare the lecture before hand as well, so that if any student asks any query, it can be answered (Zhuk 2004, pp. 63-103). Thus, going through different educational theories, and different designs of the teaching sessions are very important.
