Purpose of ELCC 3.3

ELCC 3.3 is aimed at making the candidates competent in terms of high level knowledge, skills and abilities to acquire problem-solving skills and knowledge that is linked to short-term and long-term strategic planning along with operational planning skills that entails technology applications when it comes to the equitable utilization of material, human and fiscal allocation and alignment of resources which ultimately is linked to learning and teaching.
