Introduction

The purpose of this analytical study for the topic of Emotional Intelligence - A study of its effects on Customer Service in the High Tech Industry in Singapore is to address the information and content that is missing in terms of high tech industry and its culminations in a positive manner and how Singapore is contributing within the industry managing customer service routines and management accountabilities. Out of all the research participants, there were individuals selected from the customer service programming department and figuring out of the information to know what is the system actually like and how they can be affiliating in the official research. The research method for this study began a few months before the actual one in the form of pilot study constituting multiple rounds of analytical questionnaire application and implication according to the MSCEIT model. Pilot study was conducted before the original research which is official enough as a part of the preparation making steps before implementing the final steps. This chapter focuses on the research methodology, design and procedures that are determined to complete the study goals. In the particular chapter, the confirmation and detailed structure of the research purpose and research goals are considered relying on the research design, problem statement, research objectives, hypothesis, population analysis and sampling frame. Instrumentation, data collection, data analysis and ethical considerations are a part of this section of the study as well.



Research paradigm

The MSCEIT technique can be regarded and considered as a research technique which is implemented on the basis of a structural communication technique and it is based on different elements of sequence and arrangement of emotional properties and their forecasts; . The method relies on the ability of different individuals to perceive emotions and those which have a generalized and brief arrangement of thoughts in an interactive manner for those that are going through with the procedure and the ones that have experienced the highlights and major functionalities of that sort.
