This paper is formulated principally to analyze the trend of Employment Selection Processes of two of the companies. The two companies, which I have selected, are Google, Inc. and Walmart, Inc. Both the companies are considerably amongst the giants in their respective field of operation (Ullah, 2010). There are more than 50,000 employees work at Google, and more than 2.2 million employees work at Walmart transversally across the globe.

Their recruitment process is simple, which merely depends upon the need of the organization (Block, 2010). Walmart simply set its recruitment camps, where people fill out forms followed by a called for casual interview.
