Entrepreneurship definition is still controversial, researchers have different views about entrepreneurship definition; numerous argued that a person who built his own corporation from origin or small equities is an entrepreneur (Carter and Cachon, 1988). Generally, they are respected as high risk taking individuals, independence from standard incomes, convert their ideas to profitable business, and refuse regular jobs or tasks in order to free themselves from workplace and time boundaries, to distinguish themselves from others or to fulfill the need of control. They would take the lead in innovation or creative ideas and they struggle with inventiveness.

Entrepreneurs most likely take off on their success with large-scale projects. For example, aviation industries and communications industries, they usually do not strive for money, still huge revenues are acquired by their enterprises. As a result of their success, they seek excellence. Based on their nature, they would have a high risk acceptance and an optimistic attitude towards success (Anderson, 2007). In their pursuance for success, innovation and creative ideas will be incorporated, in the overall process of innovation along with building the corporation or they lead in their approach to achieve success.

Researchers are concerned for a long period with the possibility to build a dynamic individual who can built empires from nothing or small startups. For instance, what happens with huge enterprises such as Microsoft, Apple, Google, or Facebook, or does it just happen, is it genetic factor which comes along with birth is still in question. Researchers still argue on this topic. It is commonly people believe that entrepreneurial are in-born traits, several of them had pointed that entrepreneurship can be measured. They came up with measurement tools that indicate the capacity of the character for being an entrepreneur. However, none of them have come up with dependable tool that measure the individual behaviors (even with presence of enormous researches on the topic, so scholars came up with some tools like GET test and CREAX creativity test).
