Introduction

Europeans were the one who established the structure of governance that is famous with the name of colonial states. The Europeans conquered large parts of the non-European world in between the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries. Different form of methods and tools of formulation were used by the European Powers in order to establish their colonies. The colonial states demonstrate different features, and perform most of the functions that served to be harmful for the colonial people.
