EUCLID

Euclid was a poet, a musician, and a Mathematician born in 335B.C. there is an ambiguity in his birth place but most probability it was Greece. This great mathematician presented the geometry in his time as a logical system. His major work is a book name Elements is used as standard textbooks on the subject sown to modern times. Euclid died in 270 B.C. in Alexandria, Egypt (Moose, 1998).
