The findings of this research fill an essential gap in the literature studies on the sustainability and events. Presently, there are a few researches that have conducted regarding the events coverage with the sustainability. The outcomes of this study align with existing research pieces on the sustainable management of event. This research study associates with the outcomes of study related to the strategic planning of music festivals through the framework of sustainability that ultimately provides a sustainable system and theory to the event management's field. This research emphasized on the important of wide scope in the sustainable management of events by addressing particular issues related to the social, environmental and the dimensions of economy equally. The aim of this study fills out the gap between past studies and implementation in the field of music industry by targeting specific challenges and requirements that the organizers of the music festival encounter during their work.

Conclusion

In this study, the primary research is used and this research is based on the qualitative. For this purpose, interview technique is applied while case studies are used as the secondary approach. The reason of selecting the primary research and the interview technique is to obtain primary data. The main aim of this study is to understand some major issues that are encountered by the event manager during the management of music festivals in the United Kingdom (UK).

For conducting this study, 20 event managers were interviews but this study is restricted to the participants in the United Kingdom (UK). Each event manager was asked about 10 to 15 questions.
