Introduction

School is the second place which is responsible for teaching and education to its children after the parents. There are certain factors that create social and emotional difficulties with the school. For example, environment, practices, and policies affecting schools activities, behaviour, and interactions of students. From previous studies, it is come to know that the program of behaviour management and consultation are used to improve learning, and increase student's safety as well as health social interaction among other students.

Factors that may create social and emotional difficulties are losing school discipline, parents do not take cognizance of progress and achievement in school, and teachers do not take cognizance of the problems faced by the students, unfriendly communication environment between their fellow students and relationships with teachers. Teens go to school with a variety of purposes and goals. Adolescents visits school by from many different perspectives. It might be a place to hang out, find influence, form groups, to seek knowledge, meet friends etc. again. Teens face difficulties when they make school a place to find something lost or the lack of them such as love, self-esteem, honor, and influence others. No doubt that the school is an educational institution and it works to produce balanced individuals in terms of physically, emotionally, spiritually and intellectually. These all above factors have a negative impact on development individuality of students and contributes to discipline problems in students.

The theoretical-conceptual chosen to think the problems in this work relates to risk and protective factors that are present in a pupil's life. According to this approach, it is the interaction between the factors that will determine whether or not an individual will develop a psychosocial problem or a disease in the future. Therefore, it is important to know these factors so that they can take preventive measures to the problems that affect children and adolescents.

However, the presence of risk factors in the life of an individual does not necessarily mean that he will present a problem in their development, since the vulnerability varies from one individual to another, it is also important to consider the extent that each person experience risk factors due to its past history.

More sophisticated analyzes suggest that the risk is a process, and the total number of risk factors that a person has been exposed, the period of time, the time of exposure to risk and context are more important than one exposure impairment.
