Introduction

Adolescents considered as a scope for the future and hope. They considered as the “tomorrow's leaders” but with this they are a threat. A survey has conducted in the end of 1990 that showed some statistics. 75% of Americans showed that adults with low education, scarce opportunities for their living and many other problems will leads to a threat to nation (www.actforyouth.net). This threat is the most dangerous ones as compared to any other threat preset in USA. It has noted that adolescents are actively a part of delinquent activities at a very high rate than another segment of the population of USA. Some of the records which are official showed that there is a decline in the rate of adolescents in the beginning of 1990s (www.actforyouth.net). This decrease was promising, but a lot of delinquent activities are unreported.

Discussion

Delinquency can be categorized as misbehavior in school, use of drugs, carrying of weapon etc. these are some of the issue that is very common these days in USA among adolescents (Matherne, & Thomas 2001). A research or survey has conducted that showed the number of people suffering from such things in USA. Around 1234 adolescents are the one who run away from their homes and around 2255 adolescents drop their school daily. After every 5 minutes, adolescents arrested for some crime. After every two hours, a kid has killed by a gun. Considering these factors in present, the more the number of such serious issues and it's in turn cost will badly affect the society (Matherne, & Thomas 2001). As this is now becoming an issue of the nation.
