Was FASA really proved successful for the economic growth? What happened before the launch of Act? Did it reduce the cost overruns on defense acquisition contracts? How can we evaluate its effectiveness by understanding its role in small businesses? What was the reaction of private industries about this acquisition act? Did it complex the process of procurement? This project will focus over the mentioned factors that will certainly cover the entire significance of the topic.
