Possible Methodology for Solving This Crime

The facts and figures in case reveal that it's a murder case of John Quinn. I am the team leader of Forensic Lab technician team. As a team leader of this toxicologist team, it will be my responsibility to ensure organization of work in a timely and efficient manner. Similarly, it will be duty to ensure the compliance with internal regulations of toxicology.
