It is important for every individual to save some things for its future life that is old age. The things like better health, life expectancy and financial money help in leading a better and comfortable old age life. It is important for every person to take special care of their old family members. Financial independence of higher level give the old people an opportunity to live their lives on their own and they do not depend on other people to earn their living. There is a need to introduce such kind of family environment in which all the members co-ordinate with each other effectively. If each member of the family understands the importance of the role he has among hid family members then there are more chances that an individual do not feel frail in his old age. The physical and economic dependence of a person is directly proportional to its difficult life in the old age. The various changes in the demographic dimensions also create problems for care in the elderly (Erlen 2007, pp.379-82). The responsibility of care to the elder member of the family is not taken by any member of the family and they feel it as a burden. It has been observed that, this is a more common practice that if there are four families in a generation then the responsibility of care for the elder family member lies in the shoulders of the adult grand children. The elder member of the family is the collective responsibility of all the children and adult children. The emerging welfare and charity organizations has taken the responsibility of care to the elders of the society as they realized that family roles and patterns are changing and people are not taking too much care of their elders. These welfare and commercial services organizations also need to develop various strategies in order to meet the needs of the society. They also need to evaluate the requirement needs and to monitor various risks associated with the weak elderly age and the family patterns (Alpert & Powers 2007, pp.469-471).

Frail elderly is a serious matter of care as it is communicated by the Erlen that nurses should take more care of the elder people because some of them are frail or they might not take care of themselves. The article also reveals that these people are sensitive and if they feel that nurses or people are ignoring them and they are not paying attention to them.
