Advanced Biomedical Devices

Introduction

ABD has been treating almost 15,000 patients internationally since last three decades. Advanced Biomedical Devices are the most commonly used devices in the hospital management. It has been providing it's up dated day to day assistance with its effective techniques and technologies. It has its main objective to sort out the patients' problems and to provide them with the best solutions in order to decrease their pain. These devices are exported in almost all the areas of the world. There are several international patients who have treated with these devices and are now leading normal lives. Advanced Biomedical Technologies is considered as the only major distributor of the Electro-Myopulse, Electro-Acuscope, models that that offers research, training, treatment, and instrument sales and support (Tamer, pp.45-58).

Discussion

ABD possesses all the skills and technologies of internationalization. Besides their services they also offer the instruments that are exclusive to their distributorship including the Myopulse 'La and the Fleur Reparer Electro-Myopulse 'F'. These instruments are only available by this company. The Myopulse 'La Fleur Reparer' is designed in such a way that it has the ability to address all concerns of the skin as it is considered as the most sophisticated and sensitive skin care instrument in the world. They have trained, qualified and skilled staff, including Mr. Edward Loeffler, who has introduced the protocols over the decades based on verified treatment results based of almost 14,000 patients. They work as a team with the clinicians and doctors all over the United States.

These days the main concern that is faced by the medical community is the deficiency of biocompatible materials that also have the capability of performing electronic functions. These devices must be implemented by utilizing silicon technology (King, Fries, and King, pp.123-145).

Recommended Steps Taken by the Management to Better Prepare the Firm, Managers, and Employees to Internationalize

The provision of health insurance both private and has been playing a major role in bringing the enhancement to the medical devices and technology. Improvement in medical technology is nourished by the development of healthcare insurance in all international systems and vice versa. Innovative medical capabilities and technologies have prolonged the requirement and demand for insurance. This refers to the insurance which encompasses more health products and procedures and involves more people. Empirical and theoretical analysis represent that the circulation of various current technologies are extremely approachable to insurance-related incentives. During the last few years, the incentives introduced in the market favored the growth and progress of sophisticated medical technologies irrespective of their costs (Tamer, pp.45-58).

mplementing change in the incentives that are marked by the transformation to prospective-based insurance systems. This changes the direction of medical innovation and directs it towards the establishment of cost-reducing and efficiency enhancing medical instruments and practices (King, Fries, and King, pp.123-145).

Measures like reimbursement regulations, that influence the incentives to innovation, must be verified as the policy tools for cost-conscious health insurers, enable to redirect R&D incentives and innovation towards quality-enhancing and cost-reducing trajectories.

Member States should focus to improve their management with the aim of involving in coordinated policies, for sending consistent signals to the market, minimizing the risks, orient R&D and enhancement towards cost-reducing technologies.

These incentives must be functioned through reference criteria for 'efficiency-improving' and has to be addressed through technology assessment tools.

A harmonized system of data diffusion and collection maintained and implemented among Member States and different institutions (King, Fries, and King, pp.123-145).

Conclusion

By implementing all these policies ABD will be able to enhance its business in the global market place. These steps will be very effective in enhancing the internationalization of Advanced Biomedical Devices.
