Out of the four means of transportation requires critical analysis of business aircraft , commercial airline , automobile and train before recommending the most cost effective means of transportation to attend a business meeting.

The analysis is conducted of business aircraft, commercial airline, and automobile using GAVA (General Aviation Value Analysis). The GAVA is employed to analyze business aircraft, commercial airline and automobile in order to recommend a cost effective means of transportation to attend meeting. The GAVA is used to compare the costs of using commercial air versus business or automobile for travelling

While comparing the costs of using any of the three modes of transportation, it must noted that the business colleagues are required to make two trips, one a short trip, which may be around 400-800 flight miles on each way and the long trip, which maybe around 800-2500 flight miles on each way. The paper uses the data from GAVA (General Aviation Value Analysis) attachment in order to calculate total expenses for each of the mode.
